Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE Registration and payment are required to secure a spot in class. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 1. Trikaya Wellness will provide no refunds if the registration is not cancelled 1 week before the start of the course. 2. Trikaya Wellness will provide a refund of 75% if cancellation does occur before 1 week of commencement of the course. 3. Trikaya Wellness will not offer a refund for the sessions missed. 4. Trikaya Wellness reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule of classes. The participant will receive a full refund in the event of cancellation. However, if the classes are rescheduled, there will be no refund. Wellness Center Closure: It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as a power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing course with your seat secured and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply. Transfers: Transferring to an alternative class date is not possible once you register. You will need to cancel the registration for the existing program (Cancellation and refund policy will apply) and re-register for the new program.
